We rely on our strong Board of Directors to help our company be a leader in governance.
Following the TSX guidelines that companies have a majority of unrelated directors, five of our seven directors –Daniel M. Dickinson, Daniel Milliard, Douglas Knight, James J. Forese, and Joseph H. Wright (our Non-Executive Chairman), are unrelated. Keith Carrigan, Vice Chairman & CEO and Mickey Flood, President are the only related directors.
The Board of Directors is charged with holding our company to the highest standards of governance. We take this seriously, since we believe that good corporate governance can only enhance unitholder value.
