To our shareholders,
We have decided to use the new “notice-and-access” system recently adopted by the Canadian Securities Administrators for delivery of this year’s proxy meeting materials to beneficial holders of our common shares. Under notice-and-access, you still receive a voting instruction form enabling you to vote at our meeting. However, instead of a paper copy of the management proxy circular and our Annual Report, we are making these materials accessible electronically. The use of this alternative means of delivery is more environmentally friendly as it will help reduce paper use and also will reduce the cost of printing and mailing materials to shareholders.
