Cash Dividends
Progressive Waste Solutions provides regular dividends to shareholders. Prior to converting from an income fund to a corporation effective October 1, 2008, BFI Canada Income Fund provided regular distributions to unitholders. In 2013, Progressive Waste Solutions expects to pay a quarterly dividend of $0.56 per share. Progressive Waste Solutions advises that these dividends are eligible dividends for the purposes of the Income Tax Act (Canada), and any similar provincial tax legislation.
