BFI Canada Income Fund (TSX: BFC.UN) announced today a cash distribution of $0.10625 per Trust unit for the month of March 2004. The distribution will be payable on April 15, 2004 to unitholders of record on March 31, 2004.

BFI Canada Income Fund, through its subsidiaries, is one of Canada's largest full-service waste management companies providing non-hazardous solid waste collection and landfill disposal services for municipal, commercial, industrial and residential customers in the provinces of British Columbia, Alberta, Manitoba, Ontario and Quebec.
